Does Blinkwell upload my camera or screen?

No. The blink monitor and the posture monitor both run entirely on the Mac. Vision processes each frame in memory at about 3 fps, nothing is written to disk, and a built-in network auditor blocks any outbound request that isn’t blinkwell.app itself.

How does the posture monitor work?

It uses Vision’s body-pose detector on the same camera feed as the blink monitor, with no second permission and no second camera. We measure shoulder tilt, head-forward distance, and chin lift, calibrate once over about 30 seconds, and only nudge you when slouching is sustained.
