Eye tracking and posture detection both run inside the Mac. Vision processes each frame in memory, Blinkwell never writes pixels to disk, and a built-in network auditor blocks any outbound request that isn’t blinkwell.app itself.
Pick Gentle, Standard, or Strict. Micro-breaks every few minutes, longer breaks each hour, and any of them are skippable, snoozable, or postponable — you stay in charge.
Vision runs at ~3fps to keep CPU under 5%. We compute the Eye Aspect Ratio, learn your blink baseline over a few minutes, and only nudge you when your real rate drops below it.
The body-pose detector watches shoulder tilt, head-forward distance, and chin lift — all from the same camera, no extra permission. Calibrate once and Blinkwell nudges only when slouching is sustained.
